If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your items.
Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, please contact our customer care team at [email protected] to initiate a return or exchange. Use the template provided below to ensure we have all the necessary information to assist you quickly.
- Wait for Authorization: Our team will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your return. Please do not ship any items back without an RMA number.
- Ship Your Return: Securely pack the unused and original item(s) in their original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship the package to the address provided in your instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your exchange or refund. You will receive an email notification confirming the completion of your request.
Refund Timelines & Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The time it appears on your statement will depend on your bank’s processing times.
- PayPal: Refunds will be processed to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
Exchanges will be shipped out via our standard shipping method once the return is processed.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, the following product categories are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or spoiled:
- All Food & Ingredient Items (e.g., Baking Ingredients, African Ingredients, American Ingredients, Brazilian Ingredients, Beans & Pulses)
- Opened or used products of any kind
- Items not in their original condition
- Items without original packaging
