Ingredients El Yucateco Jalapeño Sauce 150ml

This bright green El Yucateco Jalapeño Sauce is a staple in Mexican homes and restaurants and used on all sorts of dishes such as fajitas and enchiladas. It’s made with green jalapeños and is the perfect partner to smoky grilled meats, or stirred into a tomato salsa for dipping. 

This is quite a mild hot sauce, which brings out the flavours of jalapeños and won’t blow your head off.

El Yucateco has been making hot sauces for over 50 years, and is a much loved Mexican brand. They grow their own habanero and anatto chillies for their range of sauces, which are enjoyed across the world.

Ingredients: Green jalapeño peppers (30%), water, salt, acetic acid E360, spices, xanthan gum E415, citric acid E330, onion powder, yellow and blue colourings, sodium benzoate E211.
